Two types :
1: glossy coating film which will be glossy after heating press on fabric ,
2 matte finish effect after heating press on fabric.
Mesh number： 120-200 , Mesh(screen film )thickness 0.1-0.2MM,it is depends on printing Artworks.
Squeegee：65-80 degree .
Silicone ink color layer printing for 3-4 layers :
Silicone ink LHSIL 901040 mixing with 3-15% pigments or special powders, and2% catalyst or fast dry catalyst ,
then 0-10% thinner if needed. Cure by 100 to120 degree
Silicone ink layer printing 2 -4 layers if needed for high density stickers : Silicone ink LHSIL 903540 mixing 2% catalyst or fast dry catalyst 901040 B ,then 0-10 % Thinner LH-thix. Cure by 100-120 degree .
Transparent silicone with catalyst and adhesion agent with harder layer printing:
1). Silicone ink LHSIL 903540 mixing 2% catalyst or fast dry catalyst
2)adhesion agent to mix with 10% adhesion agent harder
Means: silicone ink 100G with catalyst : adhesion agent 50G with adhesion agent harder = 100:50= 2:1
Silicone ink LHSIL 903540 with catalyst and adhesion agent with harder mixing ratio:
2:1 to print wet on wet for 2 times， no need heating keep 100% wet:
Spill hot melt powder on wet silicone and adhesion agent layer.
After finish, put into the oven to bake by 130degree for 10-20 minutes
Press the stick on the heat transfer press machine by the temp of 150 -160 degree for 12-20 seconds with pressure of 4KG.
